Janice is a crafter and textile artist who lives in Innerleithen. She has sewn all her life but started to focus more on her art 6 years ago. She uses new textiles (mainly local Borders Tweed) which she saves from going into landfill to create beautiful gifts and pictures. She trades as The Canny Coo - "making the unloved, loved again".

She’s taken part in Innerleithen Open Studios since it began and this year, I will be exhibiting in the group show in Findra, selling my work through Lou Lous Vintage Emporium.
