This year Angela has decided to display a selection of retrospective work spanning the last 30 years. Some are drawings, studies for commissioned sculpture and others are subjects taken from nature which have inspired me.

Angela says, “When working on a proposal for a piece of sculpture in the public domain it is important to research the subject thoroughly, stick to the brief and work with the client. I start with sketches and move on to a more fully worked drawing. In this way the client can see my intentions but can also give input and participate in the work. An image builds along the way so to speak.”
